Can I register online?
Yes and we strongly encourage you to do so as it makes the event planning a much smoother process for everyone involved. Online registration is not yet open. Online registration closes at 10pm on Saturday the 27th of April 2019.
Can I help out as a volunteer on the day?
You bet! Any help from enthusiastic individuals will always be much appreciated. Please email us through the contact page with your name and contact details and we will put you on the list to help on the day. We can use marshals, help with handing out numbers at registration, setting up tents etc. There is plenty to do and many hands make light work.
When can I collect my number for the race?
Numbers will be available for collection on race day. Please come at least 30 minutes prior to your event to allow enough time for collection and then to get your racing nerves under control!
When do early bird registrations close?
2 weeks prior to race day - 10pm Sunday the 15th of April. When early bird entries close all pricing will increase for all categories by $5. Get in early so we can get a better handle on numbers and prepare a better event for you.
Can I register on the day?
Absolutely - YES you can! But it does create a lot more work for us and the time keepers so we high encourage online entry. If you register on the day please allow an hour to get yourself sorted and allow us time to process your registration.
Any registrations on the day can be made with cash or EFT. We will have a mobile credit card machine on site for this purpose.
IMPORTANT - Please note that all registrations on the day will strictly be closed off 30 minutes before each event starting time to ensure our timing can be accurately generated for all runners. This will be strictly enforced. Late entries can be paid for and a number pinned on but accurate timing cannot be guaranteed if you leave it to the last minute.
How do I enter a Family?
It is possible to enter all of your family members in the one transaction. Go to the registrations page and select all of the events your family members will be participating in. Then just follow the prompts to enter information on participant 1, 2, 3 etc. You will be given the option to copy details from the previous registration saving you heaps of time!
How old do I have to be to enter the 10km, 21.1km or 5.4km, 8.1km & 13.3km Trail Run events?
Where are the drink stations for the 21.1 half marathon located?
Drink Stations for the 5km, 10km & 21.1km road courses will be situated at the following turnaround points – 2.5km, 5km, 7.5km and 10.5km. As the competitors return the same way, these drink stations will also be available on the return leg.
Drink stations will not be available on the Trail events and competitors are reminded to carry their own water.
YES. There will be NO drink stations provided on the Trail Run events - this goes for all three Trail Run events. The 5.4km, 8.1km and 13.3km. There will be water, apples and lollies at the finish line when you return to the event base.
Do I need to bring my own water and food for the Trail Run events?

Is there a map of where the events will go so I can practice beforehand?
Yes there is. CLICK HERE. We have put up some profile maps and links to STRAVA data so you can follow the route exactly in the lead up to the event.
Where can I see the results?
On the day we will have live results up on screen and you will also be able to download them via your phone on the link provided by our timing team at BASE.

Am I allowed to push a pram during my event or bring my dog?
Absolutely! The more the merrier. Just make sure your dog is on a lead at all times during the event. You will also be required to start at the back of the field so that you don't get your dog's lead tangled up in other runner's leg

- You need to be over the age of 18 to enter into event distances of 10km or over.
- For the 5.4km Trail run event you need to be 8+ years and run with a parent or guardian who has also registered in this event if you are under 13 years.
